This is the initial meeting of the project steering group of our ESSENCE project. Topics of the agenda are:

• Voting on validity of online votes in the future
• Discussion of project bylaws later integrated into the partner agreement
• Review of project schedule and outline of workgroup structure and timeline

The TPM includes a professionally and socially interesting side program:

• Participation at Tonmeistertagung 2021 (trade show and conference program)
• Participation at the VDT Get Together evening event
• Networking with the German professional audio industry

Due to the delays in project approval, the decision to hold this TPM could only be made less than three weeks before. That's why the side program could not include any other activities. Futhermore, three of the partners (EHB, OETHG and IGVW) were not able join due to illness or scheduling problems and were represented by proxy.
