We hereby invite all fHU members to today's first ordinary general meeting of the association.

Date: Wednesday, 29.01.2025
Start: 19:00 hrs.

The MV will take place online. The Zoom access data was sent to all fHU members by email on 01.01.2025.

This is the provisional agenda:

1. Welcome by the chair of the meeting
2. Annual report of the Executive Board for the past year
3. Financial report of the treasurer
4. Discussion of the reports
5. Discharge of the Board of Directors
6. Election of the auditors
7. Election of a new member of the Board of Directors to replace Peter Isajczuk, who passed away in October
8. Miscellaneous

We have a candidate for the vacant position on the Board. It is Michael Busch, film sound engineer from Frankfurt. Under agenda item 6, there is an opportunity to put questions to Michael.

Every member of the association can submit an addition to the agenda to the Executive Board at least one week before the General Meeting. According to the articles of association, the general meeting has a quorum regardless of the number of members present.

We would be delighted to see a large number of you at our meeting!
