The VDT invites you to the official opening of tmt33. In a new, relaxed setting, we will also be awarding the 2025 Medal of Honor. The event will conclude with light refreshments and drinks. Each Tonmeistertagung provides an opportunity to honor important figures in the industry with a VDT Medal of Honor. In our 75th anniversary year, we were looking for someone who had made audio engineering history with their work as a sound engineer. We found Wilma Cozart and her husband Robert Fine. Cozart took over as recording director at Mercury Living Presence in 1953 and also produced the CD reissues of more than half of the Mercury Living Presence catalog in the 1990s.
